First Reading (Ezekiel 34: 11–12 and 15–17)
A reading from the book of the prophet Ezekiel.
Indeed the Lord states this: "I myself will care for my sheep and watch over them. As the shepherd looks after his flock when he finds them scattered, so will I watch over my sheep and gather them from all the places where they were scattered in a time of cloud and fog. I myself will tend my sheep and let them rest, the word of the Lord. I will search for the lost and lead back the strays. I will bind up the injured and strengthen the weak, but the fat and strong will be eliminated. I will shepherd my flock with justice. As for you, my flock — says the Lord — I will distinguish between one sheep and another, and set apart rams and goats.
Second Reading (1 Corinthians 15: 20–26 and 28)
A reading from the first letter of Saint Paul to the Corinthians.
Christ has been raise from the dead and he comes before all those who have fallen asleep. A human being brought death; a human being also brings resurrection of the dead. All die for being Adam's, and in Christ all will receive life. However, each one in his own time: first Christ, then Christ's people, when he visits them. Then the end will come, when Christ delivers the kingdom to God the Father, after having destroyed every rule, authority, and power, for he must reign and put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy to be destroyed will be death. When the Father has subjected everything to him, the Son will place himself under the One who subjected everything to him. From then on, God will be all in all.
Gospel (Matthew 25: 31–46)
A reading from the holy Gospel according to Matthew.
Jesus stated this to his disciples: "When the Son of Man comes in his glory with all his angels, he will sit on the throne of his Glory. All the nations will be brought before him, and as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats, so will he do with them, placing the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. The King will say to those on his right: 'Come, blessed of my Father! Take possession of the kingdom prepared for you from the beginning of the world. For I was hungry and you fed me, I was thirsty and you gave me drink. I was a stranger and you welcomed me into your house. I was naked and you clothed me. I was sick and you visited me. I was in prison and you came to see me.' Then the good people will ask him: 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and give you food; thirsty and give you drink, or a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to see you?' The King will answer, 'Truly, I say to you: whenever you did this to these little ones who are my brothers and sisters, you did it to me.' Then he will state to those on his left: 'Go, cursed people, out of my sight into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels! For I was hungry and you did not give me anything to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink; I was a stranger and you did not welcome me into your house; I was naked and you did not clothe me; I was sick and in prison and you did not visit me.' They, too, will ask: 'Lord, when did we see you hungry, thirsty, naked or a stranger, sick or in prison, and did not help you?' The King will answer them: 'Truly, I say to you: whatever you did not do for one of these little ones, you did not do for me.' And these will go into eternal punishment, but the just to eternal life."

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures.
He leads beside the still waters, he restores my soul. He guides me through the right paths for his name's sake.
You spread a table before me in the presence of my foes. You anoint my head with oil; my cup is overflowing.
Goodness and kindness will follow me all the days of my life. I shall dwell in the house of the Lord as long as I live.
This is the last Sunday in Ordinary Time for year A. Next week, on the 1st Sunday of Advent, the cycle will be changed to Cycle B.

Porque esto dice Yahvé: “¡Aquí estoy, soy yo! Vengo en busca de las ovejas, yo me ocuparé de ellas como el pastor que se ocupa de su rebaño el día en que se encuentre en medio de sus ovejas en libertad. Yo también me ocuparé de mis ovejas y las sacaré de todos los lugares por donde se dispersaron ese día de negras nubes y tinieblas. Yo mismo me preocuparé de mis ovejas, yo las llevaré a descansar, palabra de Yahvé. Buscaré a la que esté perdida, volveré a traer a la que esté extraviada, curaré a la que esté herida, reanimaré a la que esté enferma, velaré por la que esté sana; las cuidaré con justicia. Y a ustedes, mis ovejas, esto dice Yahvé: Juzgaré entre ovejas y ovejas, entre chivos y carneros.

La respuesta es: El Señor es mi pastor, nada me puede faltar.

Segunda Lectura (1 Corintios 15: 20–26 y 28)

Pero no, Cristo resucitó de entre los muertos, el primero de todos. Porque la muerte vino al mundo por medio de un hombre, y también por medio de un hombre viene la resurrección. En efecto, así como todos mueren en Adán, así también todos revivirán en Cristo, cada uno según el orden que le corresponde: Cristo, el primero de todos, luego, aquellos que estén unidos a él en el momento de su Venida. En seguida vendrá el fin, cuando Cristo entregue el Reino a Dios, el Padre, después de haber aniquilado todo Principado, Dominio y Poder. Porque es necesario que Cristo reine hasta que ponga a todos los enemigos debajo de sus pies. El último enemigo que será vencido es la muerte, y cuando el universo entero le sea sometido, el mismo Hijo se someterá también a aquel que le sometió todas las cosas, a fin de que Dios sea todo en todos.

Entonces el Rey dirá a los que están a su derecha: ‘Vengan, benditos de mi Padre, y tomen posesión del reino que ha sido preparado para ustedes desde el principio del mundo. Porque tuve hambre y ustedes me dieron de comer; tuve sed y ustedes me dieron de beber. Fui forastero y ustedes me recibieron en su casa. Anduve sin ropas y me vistieron. Estuve enfermo y fueron a visitarme. Estuve en la cárcel y me fueron a ver.’ Entonces los justos dirán: ‘Señor, ¿cuándo te vimos hambriento y te dimos de comer, o sediento y te dimos de beber? ¿Cuándo te vimos forastero y te recibimos, o sin ropa y te vestimos? ¿Cuándo te vimos enfermo o en la cárcel y fuimos a verte?’ El Rey responderá: ‘En verdad les digo que, cuando lo hicieron con alguno de los más pequeños de estos mis hermanos, me lo hicieron a mí.’ Dirá después a los que estén a la izquierda: ‘¡Malditos, aléjense de mí y vayan al fuego eterno, que ha sido preparado para el diablo y para sus ángeles! Seperti seorang gembala mencari dombanya pada waktu domba itu tercerai dari kawanan dombanya, begitulah Aku akan mencari domba-domba-Ku dan Aku akan menyelamatkan mereka dari segala tempat, ke mana mereka diserahkan pada hari berkabut dan hari kegelapan. Aku sendiri akan menggembalakan domba-domba-Ku dan Aku akan membiarkan mereka berbaring, demikianlah firman Tuhan ALLAH. Yang hilang akan Kucari, yang tersesat akan Kubawa pulang, yang luka akan Kubalut, yang sakit akan Kukuatkan, serta yang gemuk dan yang kuat akan Kulindungi; Aku akan menggembalakan mereka sebagaimana seharusnya. Tanggapan adalah: TUHAN adalah gembalaku, takkan kekurangan aku.
• TUHAN adalah gembalaku, takkan kekurangan aku. Ia membaringkan aku di padang yang berumput hijau.
• Ia membimbing aku ke air yang tenang; Ia menyegarkan jiwaku. Ia menuntun aku di jalan yang benar oleh karena nama-Nya.
• Engkau menyediakan hidangan bagiku, di hadapan lawanku; Engkau mengurapi kepalaku dengan minyak; pialaku penuh melimpah.
• Kebajikan dan kemurahan belaka akan mengikuti aku, seumur hidupku; dan aku akan diam dalam rumah TUHAN sepanjang masa.

Tetapi yang benar ialah, bahwa Kristus telah dibangkitkan dari antara orang mati, sebagai yang sulung dari orang-orang yang telah meninggal. Sebab sama seperti maut datang karena satu orang manusia, demikian juga kebangkitan orang mati datang karena satu orang manusia. t Karena sama seperti semua orang mati dalam persekutuan dengan Adam, demikian pula semua orang akan dihidupkan kembali dalam persekutuan dengan Kristus. Tetapi tiap-tiap orang menurut urutannya: Kristus sebagai buah sulung; sesudah itu mereka yang menjadi milik-Nya pada waktu kedatangan-Nya. Kemudian tiba kesudahannya, yaitu bilamana Ia menyerahkan Kerajaan kepada Allah Bapa, sesudah Ia membinasakan segala pemerintahan, kekuasaan dan kekuatan. Karena Ia harus memegang pemerintahan sebagai Raja sampai Allah meletakkan semua musuh-Nya di bawah kaki-Nya. Musuh yang terakhir, yang dibinasakan ialah maut. Tetapi kalau segala sesuatu telah ditaklukkan di bawah Kristus, maka Ia sendiri sebagai Anak akan menaklukkan diri-Nya di bawah Dia, yang telah menaklukkan segala sesuatu di bawah-Nya, supaya Allah menjadi semua di dalam semua.
