First Reading (Isaiah 49: 3 and 5–6)

The Lord stated to me, "You are Israel, my servant, through you I will be known." And now the Lord has spoken, he who formed me in the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob back to him, to gather Israel to him. He stated: "It is not enough that you be my servant, to restore the tribes of Jacob, to bring back the remnant of Israel. I will make you the light of the nations, that my salvation will reach to the ends of the earth."
Second Reading (1 Corinthians 1: 1–3)
A reading from the first letter of Saint Paul to the Corinthians.

I myself did not know him but God who sent me to baptize told me: 'You will see the Spirit coming down and resting on the one who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.' Yes, I have seen! and I declare that this is the Chosen One of God.

Wow, I remember three years ago the time when Sean was suffering with a headache. Glad to know that Sean is doing well and now is undergoing the final semester as a senior in high school.
ReplyDeleteGlad that Sean is finally approaching the end of his high school career. Now that he is approaching the end of secondary school, he has many options of where to go for college.
DeleteLet us pray that Sean may finish school with a highlight and that the University of Asia and the Pacific recognizes his hard work and achievements throughout the years. Hopefully, although he has not been completing too much on leadership and service, he should be able to advertise his beliefs and personality to contribute positively to the university.
